Cancellations and Exchanges

At Xclusive Collectibles, we understand that the needs of our customers can vary. Individual vendors on our platform have the ability to specify their own policies on cancellations, returns, and exchanges. However, if you encounter any issues related to misrepresented item conditions, wrong item shipments, or any other vendor-related problem, you have a clear recourse. In cases where you believe a vendor isn't providing a satisfactory resolution or fails to communicate effectively, please reach out to our Xclusive Collectibles support team at support@xclusivecollectibles.com.

Xclusive Collectibles' Return, Cancellation & Exchange Policy

If you wish to cancel an order prior to shipment, or while the purchase is en route to you, please contact us at orders@xclusivecollectibles.com. Upon receiving your item, you have a 30-day window to request a refund for any product that remains unopened and originally sealed. However, please be aware that unopened trading card items such as packs of cards, boxes of cards, or any other sealed items cannot be refunded if they have been opened after receipt or if any security stickers have been broken. While we strive to make the return process as seamless as possible, we do assess a fee of $5.99 for returns that are the result of buyer's remorse. This fee helps us manage the logistics and administrative costs of returns. Return shipping is generally free for all items. However, for items initially shipped with insurance and signature confirmation, we will cover return shipping only for damaged or missing items. If you are returning such an item due to a change of mind or similar issue, the return insurance and shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
